Terms and Conditions These terms are an agreement between you and R-W Services SRL, Strada Putnei 15, 550410 Sibiu, Romania ("we", "us"), which operates predictapp. They cover the predictapp.io website, the predictapp web app, the iOS and Android apps, the predictapp API, the predictapp MCP server and the predictapp analysis plugin for AI clients (together, "predictapp" or "the Service"). By creating an account, buying anything or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use predictapp. What predictapp is predictapp uses statistical models to analyse sports data and publish forecasts, probabilities, player projections, fantasy analysis and stats for soccer and the NFL, for information and entertainment. Forecasts are probabilities, not certainties. We do not guarantee any result or the accuracy of any forecast. predictapp is not a betting operator, does not take or place bets, does not organise lotteries or sweepstakes, and does not give financial, legal or betting advice. What you do with the information is your own decision and your own responsibility. Who can use predictapp The predictapp website, web app and mobile apps, and the general API and MCP server, are for people aged 18 or older, because they cover betting markets and odds. The predictapp analysis plugin contains no betting features and can be used by people aged 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 17, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use it, and you cannot make purchases. You must also follow the laws that apply where you live. Do not use predictapp where using this kind of information is illegal. Your account You need an account for the full Service. Give us accurate information and keep your password, API keys and AI client connections secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, your API keys and the AI clients you connect. If you think a key or connection has been exposed, revoke it in Settings, API & MCP, and tell us at support@predictapp.io. Free and paid features Browsing the website and creating an account are free, and a free account includes some features. Other features require a subscription or a purchase. We show the price and what is included before you pay. Subscriptions Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: on the web in Settings, or for purchases made in the iOS or Android app, through your Apple or Google account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. API, MCP and the analysis plugin We give you access to predictapp's REST API with API keys, and to the MCP server and the analysis plugin through AI clients you connect with your predictapp account. • Included calls: eligible subscriptions include a monthly number of prediction calls, as shown on our pricing page. Allowances from different plans add together and each keeps its own product access. Allowances reset each month on your subscription anniversary, including on yearly plans. Unused calls do not carry over. • Prepaid credit: you can also top up machine credit, in euros, and use it to acquire prediction resources when you explicitly choose prepaid access. Each prepaid request is limited to the maximum charge you set. We never switch to prepaid credit automatically when your included calls run out. Machine credit can only be used on predictapp, is not money, earns no interest and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under these terms. It is separate from reveal credits in the consumer app. • Payment reversals: if a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, we remove the credit, calls or access it paid for. • Analysis plugin: the plugin offers forecasts, player projections, fantasy analysis and joint-event probabilities. It cannot make purchases, top up credit or manage subscriptions. • AI clients: AI clients you connect are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for how they work, what they do with the results we send them, or what they tell you. How you may use what you get You may use predictapp, including through the API, MCP server and analysis plugin with your own keys and connections, for your own personal use, or internally within your own organisation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not: • Resell, sublicense, share or give away access to predictapp, including your API keys or AI client connections. • Republish, redistribute or sell predictapp's forecasts, data or other content, in bulk or as a feed, on other websites, apps, social networks or media. • Use predictapp's outputs to train or improve machine learning models, or to build a competing product or dataset. • Scrape or extract content from the website or app outside the API and MCP server, or try to get around call limits, charges or access controls. • Use predictapp to organise, promote or act as an intermediary for betting, or for anything illegal. • Interfere with, overload or attack the Service, or access other users' accounts or data. Intellectual property All content on predictapp, including forecasts, data, models, software, text, graphics, logos and the predictapp name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you only the right to use it as described above. All other rights are reserved. Our 15-day money-back guarantee If you are not happy with your first purchase on the predictapp website, a subscription or prepaid machine credit, you can ask for a full refund within 15 days of the payment date. This guarantee is available once per person. To make sure of this, we check refund requests against payment and account details, such as whether the same payment card has been refunded before. We do not ask for identity documents. To ask for a refund, email support@predictapp.io from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We will send the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers) If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase on the predictapp website within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. This right is not limited to once per person, and it applies alongside our guarantee. Because predictapp is digital, the right of withdrawal ends once we start providing the service, but only if at checkout you expressly agreed to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. If you did not, you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund. To withdraw, email support@predictapp.io from the email address on your account, saying that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, and you request them from them, not from us. Disclaimer and our liability We work hard to keep predictapp accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Forecasts can be wrong, data can be delayed or contain errors, and the Service can be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from decisions you make using predictapp, including betting or fantasy losses, or for indirect losses such as loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or under your mandatory rights as a consumer. Suspension and ending your account You can stop using predictapp and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account, or revoke API keys and connections, if it breaks these terms, abuses the Service or puts other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why. Links to other sites predictapp may link to other websites and services that we do not control. Their own terms apply when you use them. Changes to these terms We may update these terms when the Service, our prices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and tell you by email or in the app before significant changes take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription and stop using predictapp before it takes effect. Complaints If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@predictapp.io with your account email and a description of the problem. We will answer within 30 days. If you are a consumer in Romania and are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro). Consumers elsewhere can contact their own national consumer authority. Governing law These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
