Services will be provided once the corresponding payment has been credited in full to the Predictapp.io account. In exceptional situations, and within the limits of technical and organizational capabilities, Predictapp.io will provide support to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for payment services provided by third-party service providers. Services provided by Predictapp.io are documented through invoices issued in accordance with applicable regulations. The default invoice format is electronic. We make invoices available to platform users electronically, guaranteeing their authenticity, content integrity, and legality, specifically by storing them in the user's account and allowing them to be viewed and downloaded. Refund Policy Users may request a refund only within fifteen (15) calendar days of the payment date, provided they express dissatisfaction with the service and have not made substantial use of it. After this period, no partial or full refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for the request. To exercise the right to a refund within the established timeframe, users must send a request to support@predictapp.io, indicating their full name, payment method, transaction date, valid official identification, and the reason for the request. The Company will review each case and, if applicable, will issue the refund via the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of approval. Complaints/reports will be analyzed and responded to within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt at support@predictapp.io, provided they are accompanied by all the necessary information to identify the problem. If the petitioner has not submitted all the necessary information to identify the reported problems and resolve the respective complaint/notification, they will be notified of the missing information, and the aforementioned resolution period will be extended accordingly. If the user is not satisfied, they may contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) to defend their consumer rights.
